Hello sir ma'am bahot din se health issue chal raha hai..stress tension... extreme hair fall ho raha hai...muje bahot tiredness feel ho raha tha body me hot sensation.. tingling ho raha tha body me...blood test kiya to vit D3 low hai n B12 n ESR high hai... headache neck shoulder pain hai...nind nai ati hai unwanted thoughts ate hai...pls guide me wat to do...taste smell problem... stomach pain...pls help me muje overall perfect health chahiye now n forever... heartbeat badhti hai sote wakt...over sweating hoti hai...
