Madam
I just got my blood test result and it indicates that my vitamin D is very low (22.4) and my good cholesterol is quite low.
As for vit D deficiency is it ok if i take
Perfect health serum...balance serum...vitamin d3 and calcium?
As to increase good cholesterol what do i do madam? Please advise
