Use ENT Serum.
I have explored energy of Pronal breathing with safety and security.
And anulom vilom too.
It works with VK mimicking.

Thank you Rakhi Madam, mimicking the pronal breathing with VK helped in boosting oxygen levels for my mother. I also did VOB with ENT Serum, Immune Serum and MMM as per your guidance.
