when i have gone to charge a cream i loss count how many times i have rotated and because of rotating and saying the serum at the same time i feel i loss the intention of what i am asking for is there away round this?

@lucyfisher222 mam please don't get confused between methods of charging with VK.
Please follow your inner guidance when charging with VK no need to count rotations exactly.
You can charge by other method just say Energy/serum name 3 times and put VK over the cream for 2 minutes or more as per quantity.
MY EXPERIENCE with VK
When i used to charge with VK i feel sensations and shivering in my body.
The tips of my finger holding VK got warm and as guided by sir this let us know the charging is done.
Different bodies have different types of sensations you can also feel and notice this or other while working with VK.
VK is so beautiful and interesting when used with intention and these smaller focus and noticing enhances our knowledge and abilities.
