Namaste..I have one doubt.
If we take one serum combination with 10min gap within an hour, only for one hour everyday will it work?!
And can our body accept multiple SERUMS?!

Mam.. What I want to ask is..
We need to take SERUMS atleast 4 times in a day na mam.. So if I take the serum for ex Mood up serum with 10 min gap within 40min..4 times.. And I don't take this SERUM for rest of the day,
Will it act as I took 4 times in a day!

If you eat breakfast lunch dinner together in morning at 10 am ....what happens....will you feel hungry at 6pm or 8 pm ?
Will you eat food only next morning ???
