GOLDEN SUNRISE! If energy is sent to eg. school, class, company, or a battalion in force , every person will get the whole or divided energy ?

The energy would get divided.
But When there is a need to energize a team or group of people, do it without thinking about the energy division. Sometimes it is important to send energy to many people for the benefit of group.
For example : For peace and love or unity in family, for a group of people affected by an accident or in emergency, to a nation for rising economy or national security, for a State or city in floods or earthquake, for a sports team, competitions and the examples you stated in your question.
