GOLDEN SUNRISE
Im sending energy thru vk every half an hour and keeping it aside,so in the day time it will be always away from me.Only during night time im wearing it.Is it k what im dng?Or morning if i wear i feel my thoughts will disturb vk to work.Coz im getting both positive and negative thought.plz clear me.

You can prioritise your healings.
It is good to wear VK for longer time. VK also works on your thoughts aura chakra to bring positivity. So one should wear VK max time
If you have one VK then you do do more healings thru drinking water.
