I am watching the combo videos of Sir for protection, Chakra & DNA level healing.
I feel giddy when I watch them.
Should we just listen to the audios in youtube or need to watch those videos keeping eyes open?
Kindly advise.

If you feel giddy take a break.
Dont watch many videos as energy is high
