Golden sunrise sir, mam
I hope I can ask this type of question on this forum
Usually I don't get pain but while meditating I get lower abdomen pain
I wonder what does it indicate
Do I need to do chakra healing

Sometimes a sense of drifting into deep meditation does create fear of death or you already have fear of death.
Most of the time these two situations create an un-comfort feeling or pain in the lower abdomen area.
If you take bravo serum and all clear serum before doing meditation, it will not happen again.
