I am getting sleep in the morning that in shop which is not fair for me, with that I am unable to sleep through out night. Even if get I sleep most probably that is one hour in the night, pls advice me to sleep for minimum 7 to 8 hours in the night.

Place VK between your palms in a shell shape.

Slip your VK under your pillow
And go to sleep.
