New VK User heaviness on my head

Question

Golden Sunrise ,Today is my first day as a VK user . After wearing VK I have been feeling slight heaviness on my head and I requested VK to cure my headache . The headache went for sometime but came again . I read that some of the VK users feel this initially.I want to begin sending energies to me related to weight correction as I m very overweight and to become the best version of myself in all areas of my life . Can you guide me which serum I should start taking and how ? I m not sure shall I take charged water or shall I just place request to vk and keep it aside for 30 minsGratitude
