Recently I heard a ayurvedic discussion of kaya kalpa chikithsa over television . This treatment is to rejenuviate the body and keep young.. but it requires great care and diet as prescribed in the text.. can we mimick the energies of kaya kalpa chikithsa with saftey and security... without knowing the diet will it be fruitful...kindly guide
