Can I charge water by taking one serum name×3 and put vk on bottle (real bottle not the image)for 2 min. Then second serum ×3 then put vk on it for 2 min. Instead of rotating....

Yes you can
For 500 ml water, keep VK on the bottle after requesting each energy for 30 secs, the water will be charged.
For more water upto 2 lit, keep for 2 min for each energy request
for greater than 2 lit upto 10 lit.....5 mins for each energy request
