Golden sunrise to all. I am recently new to VK. Just read a post from June 2019 about being stressed when using VK, using it every which way and when for whatever , reading too much probably and getting in an general mind confusion, to the point where I put it away. I was glad to pick up on this post knowing that I am not the only one to over think . the next post I picked up on was to breathe and relax beforehand and then another post to focus on one issue at a time. strangely I had picked up my VK yesterday and put it back on and apologised. today just skimming through posts and thanks to VK who must have been guiding me so If I keep these three issues in mind I can start again. It was good though to know others have had and sorted a similar over-react to something new. Thankyou
