Golden Sunrise, I received my VK today. I am feeling unusually tired and sleepy today. Is that normal to feel?

Hi Seema, I am yet to receive my VK, but as i was reading through this forum, i read somewhere that VK adjusts with our energy and it is possible to feel dizzy/tired etc..so the solution that was provided was - we should remove the VK for 2-3 hours and again wear it, and eventually both wearer and VK will be in sync... do let me know your experiences...
