Dear Mentors
I have started watching the fears and phobias video twice daily. Eversince the day I started, every night I dream of something that I have feared or some phobia that I have,
For example, on day 1 I dreamt of spiders. I have a huge phobia of spiders. Another night I dreamt that I got separated from my parents . I had a big fear og abandonment as a kid. Like this every night one or the other fear comes up in my dream , but doesnt get healed. The fear still remains.
Can you please explain.
