i charge the water bottle like this
first gs 3 times tn rotate vk 20 times
tn tws 3 times rotate vk 20 times
tn men alpha serum 3 times tn rotate Vk 20 times
is this proccedure correct
or req vk to activate gs 3 time then 3times men alpha serum three time and then rotate 20-30 times in half litre bottle which method is more efffective

The first method is correct.
Please take the name of Cosmic Serum exactly as given by Sharat Sir otherwise VK cannot give that energy.
It is ALPHA MALE SERUM for men
