Dear Teacher... Me and my brother got new job and joined. But after joining got to know I got a project where I understand nothing... And for my brother he is not getting a project to work which is making his job position vulnerable.
It feels like blank for our respective job on what to do. Kindly advise any remedy.

Request VK to make way for training for you to handle the project successfully.
Make VK your friend and keep talking what is required.
Choose to look for solutions instead of thinking about darkness.
Express gartitude that you got a job.
Similarly you can do for others too
