One doubt please ..whenever we make a request ..always should we remove it And keep aside for those 30 minutes or we can give some energies while wearing itself

Request you to give yourself time to read the basic post as all procedures are well explained already in BASIC posts and videos.
Do not create multiple posts on procedures as they are already explained in BASICs
