i went through all the videos of using vk just one doubt that when we send energy through rotation method we need take energy name one by one or we can take three energy names together and then rotate.
for eg. VK GOLDEN SUNRISE X3 then 15-20 rotations, then again VK STUDYSERUMX3 then again 15-20 rotations
OR
VK STUDY SERUM X 3
VK BRAIN SERUM X 3
VK GOLDEN SUNRISE x3 and here we do 15-20 rotations.
please advice
Also while charging bed, clothes, tiffin food items etc can we request vk and keep VK on these things for charging or rotation is must.

This is correct method.

There is no need of rotating. If you hav patience you can rotate as per your wish
