Golden Sunrise, I would recommend that after receipt of your VK, kindly go through its User Manual thoroughly. While studying that you will easily come to know about infinite capabilities of VK.

Yes, through VK, we can give energies of Reiki session. Not only that, VK is capable to give energy of any Healing technique available. For Kundalini arousal session, I would recommend to access Sharat Sir’s audio on Kundalini which is very powerful. But, giving attunements is a Master’s prerogative.

We should understand that Spirituality and Holistic techniques should not be considered as a consumer durable. Its a unique knowledge and a legacy passed on from a master to his disciple and we all must respect it. I beg your pardon, but, VK does not support it.

Thanks for explaining your point of view so honestly. But I still stand by my opinion. Let me tell you why.

I asked you not to indulge into the detailed complexities of Universal laws and offer your obeisances with your pure emotions (Bhava). That is the most innocent and acceptable way of passing energy.

Now, let get into your dilemma with you. You have read something in a spiritual magazine and started thinking verdicts given in Garuda Purana. First of all, this is not spirituality. This is called being Orthodox. Spirituality is far above it. Please pardon me, as I do not intend to hurt your feelings, but if I think as per you, Garuda Purana has pronounced severe punishments to various sinners. However, it has also considered accomplice of a sinner as a sinner too. Now, if you yourself know that the departed soul had negative qualities (like you mentioned), then if you try to give them a blanket, then you should be considered as an accomplice to the sinner and you share the wrath of GP yourself in future/afterlife…..No?? I know, it is very difficult to stand witness against a near & dear, even if he/she has committed a heinous crime. But this is the court of the Divine and No one could be spared.

Moreover, with you intending to shield someone whom you know have had negative karma to their credit, take it for sure VK won’t work, as it does not support negative How are you going to help then?

Dear Gayathri, please be known of the fact, that a soul has its own journey – alone. It has to come alone and go alone. Nothing and No-one be its companion except his own subtle self. Therefore, I would once again recommend to follow what Rakhi ji has guided. With all your good emotions, pray for the best, without going into details. Trust, it will be accepted well in HIS abode.

Golden Sunrise, Kindly enlighten us, where from did you learn that we can access that our ancestors could be spiritually weak ? This could be a new learning from me too.

I have always opined that there are various "material and spiritual" aspects, relating us and others around us, which we may try to cleanse, amend, enhance and even alter. There are other aspects of the universe which are governed by the divine Himself or energies – positive or negative, but levels above our caliber. The protocol is – "Let’s do our job and let there be a change, amendment or conversion, if the energies wishes so. Trespassing is not allowed and if done there could be repercussion.

For example, Like Nature has generously given us everything to live peacefully. But we, due to our selfish motives and lack of knowledge, fell trees, pollute water and environment, hence as a result, we get droughts, famines, epidemics, floods and natural disasters. Same is the case with higher levels of universal processes, it goes as destined, but because of our inquisitiveness, extreme attachments, extra-concern or over-confidence, we knowingly or unknowingly meddle into the preset pathway, resulting repercussions again. Now, we initiate a reaction, but mostly turn out as incapable to control the aftermath. This is bad and should be avoided.

Please note, as a soul departed is a universal process, which is beyond our control, knowledge of its status (whether it was spiritually weak) could be miles above our capability. Please see it this way. Take a dropper full of water and pour a drop in a bucket full of water. Can you search the drop now?? Likewise, soul departed is a form of energy which merges in a bigger energy. Once merged, it becomes part of it. That is why I inquired in the beginning about the process to know the process to ascertain a particular soul and its level of spirituality.

Soothing a departed soul is possible only by your own "Bhava" (Emotion)….Offer it and they will be more than satisfied. You may give them SO7R, if you wish anyways.

Although your quarry has been well replied. I would like to supplement my opinion on this issue, just because you mentioned a twinge of guilt for not remembering date when your mother departed.

Our learned people has advised this period of 15 days for Pitr Paksha to pay our homage to our ancestors. They have recommended various Dos & Don’ts for performing Shraadh. There are rituals, processes, austerity and charity. But the prime idea of Shraadh is given just 3 posts above by Puneet ji – Shraddha (well said Puneet ji). If you have reverence or obeisance towards your ancestors, then time, day, month & year does not matter. You do not need to wait for a crow to accept the food or a brahmin to become bridge between the two dimensions.

Despite, there is a provision of offering your homage on the day of Amavasya, for the souls whose date of departure is not known, still if your bhava (emotion) is there, you may offer it to the departed any day. Take it from me, the soul would be very happy. Please do not have any kind of guilt for not knowing the date, I guarantee most of the people do not even know names of their forefathers including me (I know their names till 3 levels before my grandfather).

At this juncture, I wish to share something very personal with all. People wait for Pitr Paksha days to come so that they may offer their obeisances……..I do it everyday throughout the year. I may sound crazy but with VK with me I do it every day. Let me tell you how. Every morning after my prayers, when I water Tulasi plant at my home, I stand beside it, putting both of my hands together in a cup shape, imagine a holy Peepal tree and offer my reverence towards my forefathers, then feel as if my hands are filled with pure Ganga jal with some black Sesame & Tulasi leaves floating. With all my intentions concentrated, I offer this water (in imagination) filled in my hands to the base of Peepal tree that I am imagining and pray to the divine to give peace to my forefather’s souls and merge it to HIS enlightened energy.

Hope I am clear in my opinion and that you will not have any guilt in your mind anymore.

Pardon for delayed reply. It generally happens when I am on tours, but this time I was cut off from the site due to some malfunction (maybe in my laptop).

Yours is an interesting FAQ. You see, a lot of people have been worrying too much about karma, especially bad karma, I wonder…..why?? Whenever there is a diverging ways or merging ways, our confidence mellows and we try to go back and search for previous footprints. We would even try going in past regression sessions and try to scratch all our suspected wounds to find which one is aching. My question is, can these past footprints could be erased?? Can a Destiny awarded by the Divine be altered??

In his article, Sharat Sir has raised the same questions. I am really inquisitive, how many have fathomed the depth of Sharat Sir 's view. Yes, it can be altered through VK, but with the permission and will of the Divine. Divine provides us ways, in case a certain misfortune could be altered. VK is one of such way. That is the reason, we say VK chooses its bearer and he/she is the chosen one.

Anyways, Karma is a never ending topic, with infinite options, but our priority is your question. Sir has mentioned 9 permutation & combination of alteration in effects of karma. If you would like to see it by my perspective, I will recommend to view a graph. Mostly, people perceive a graph having 2 Axis, going left to right which is called the X-axis and the other going up from the origin 0, which is called the Y-axis. But I would draw your attention to the Axis of the graph which goes towards left from the origin (-x Axis) and the line going downwards from 0, called the (-) Y Axis. Here lies the story of karma. Actions taken deliberately or in-deliberately, especially in our past are stored in this section. Now let's pointofy this graph and draw a graph-line. As per graphical illustration, our positive karma enhances our position, and Negative deeds reduces it. The net result is one's current status. So if I am currently positioned at (-) 20, I need to acquire a zero position and then proceed towards positive numbers. Please note, all of us want positive results in our life, irrespective of what bad we might have done, and get disappointed if we find nothing likewise is happening. We miss on the fact that changes are happening every moment, but since many a time, we are at a minus position and no development would be seen till we reach zero, we do not observe a positive development. This is where we get frustrated.

VK is a converting device which wipes our negativity and pumps in positiveness. But still individual efforts are required. That is why Sir advised to perform positive karma in our present. Our present is the avenue where we can really put in our efforts. While the energies of VK may work on the past, reducing our minus points, each positive steps taken by us ensures continued up-gradation. In this way we add to the plus side and energy thus produced shall enable us to get a credit balance in our ledger of karma. Inversely our negative performance shall push into our minus side and positive efforts by Energies of VK may go wasted. This what is meant in the 7 combinations of karma.

Besides, there are 2 possibilities of ascended karma blessed by VK. Ascended Karma are the karma surrendered to the divine, which does not give an interactive result. Its a complete Full-stop Karma. As per the process of rebirth, we take birth to reap the results of Karma – positive or negative. But Ascended karma are surrendered and merged with the divine. For they merge, it never has a consequence but added into our account. This leads us to Moksha.

Yawning during meditation is very common, you need not worry about it or do not try to find a complex reason for it. Please understand, scientifically yawning occurs to balance the supply of oxygen in oneself. It generally happens when a body is tired due to fatigue mentally/physically or a working body is made to rest.

There is a minute difference between the two situations – Trance (Tandra) & Sleep (Nidra). While Nidra (sleep) is near to an unconscious situation, Tandra (Trance) is nearly Sleeping situation. In this position, several functions of the body are put to rest. Functions like sight, audition, olfaction (smelling), thoughts etc are at their minimal and gradually mandatory functions like heart beats & respiration goes down. Now being at this situation of rest, may induce yawning depending upon body to body.

In my opinion, it is in no case connected to your being fresh or tired. In fact, Sharat Sir, recommends that a deep meditation could be done better when a body is tired. Please go-ahead with your practice. May God bless.

It seems you have already diagnosed yourself. I personally appreciate that.

But, very often, I have expressed my opinion, that in spirituality, consistency of mind and focus on the target is a mandatory feature. Contrary to this, while replying to various quarries, I have observed fickleness of mind in people. They have their VK with them with a Bible of its magical possibilities. Still, instead of correlating their requirement and finding ways within, they keep trying various techniques and venture into unknown ways. It should be understood very clearly that Spirituality is NOT an Adventure sports. It has its benefits and surprises, but at the same time, if not performed properly, it may have its side-effects or negative effects too. While empowering VK, Sharat Sir was primarily concerned to eradicate the side effects generated from techniques mimicked or transmission/receipt of energies. In my opinion, VK is the junction of all techniques, with a guarantee of safety and security. So why should I try anything else, when I can Heal, Meditate, Resolve & Elevate without any undue effect.

Coming to your quarry, I agree with your apprehension that there might be an exchange of negative energy during your 1 to 1 session. By this, with utmost respect, I do not say that the technique is at a fallacy. No doubt various techniques are propounded for our benefit and spiritual escalation, but most of them are subjected to its typical performance and dos & don’ts. Its a free exchange of energies where the receiver and even the transmitter is exposed to the hazard of negative energies or loss of energy (Please read Sharat Sir’s famous article on side effects of Reiki & Energy suckers).

You have chosen your healing aides very correctly, but I would recommend you to change the chronology and practice "All Clear Serum" first as much as possible. This will clear and cleanse your Aura and self from all the negative effects received by you. Then Sheild yourself and take PHS which already includes ENT serum.

Also, please concentrate on Single way to spirituality and follow it with focus. You will be the master of the subject.

Golden Sunrise and may the Divine be your guide. Your quarry is a very interesting question which has been asked very often. You will find various response from different learned persons and they might be correct in their versions. In this forum, we give our opinion, irrespective of how some one may correlate.

From what you have shared, it seems that from your childhood, Guru has been imposed on you and you have followed whatever was been asked you to do. Unfortunately, this is not the right way. If you know Hindi language well, it is the position when you say "Main karta raha, auro ki kahi…..meri baat mere mann hi mei rahi" (its a line from a song). It means that "I have been doing whatever, others told me to do and my thoughts remained dumped in me". Dear Madhur, Gurus could be recommended but finding a real Guru is like hitting a jackpot which happens in a lifetime.

Allow me to opine, first of all we must know, who is a Guru or how do we define a Guru. In our scriptures, Father is mentioned as the first Guru (the initiator of your being), then Mother is considered as a Guru (she is the nurturer), the Teacher comes after them (who teaches you about the world out there), but the Guru we are talking about is different from all. He is the one who is your Mentor. He teaches you, Guides you, Navigates you, and polishes you. He is the one who cleans the flaws out of you. He is the one who may treat you strongly, rebuke you, admonish you but shall bring out the ‘Real You’ out of you. He may not be a professional teacher, who is confined to his subject, whether you learn it well or not, finishes the syllabus…….He is attached to you as a father, who will always protect you like cover of a lantern protects the flame from the wind of the storms, nurture as a mother, who will favor you and inspire, and impart as a teacher – the right way to elevate your soul for the journey called Spirituality.

So, I would say till yet you have not encountered your physical Guru because your search has been recommended by others……. Search yourself. Remember, a Guru is not necessarily a head of an Institution…………He is an institution in himself. Search someone whom from your heart, you would like to follow.

Reasoning with oneself is required. Let me ask you a simple logic. Now you have VK with you, which makes your way even brighter. Ask your self, why did you longed for a VK? Just because some one tell you about it or did you go through the possibilities with VK, after being inspired by teachings and the mission of evolving an independent Healer from every walk of life, started by Sharat Sir ?? Answer of your of your quarry lies in this question.
