Even to have a meal we buy vegetables, kneed the dough, roll the chappaties, bake them, cut, chop, cook vegetables, lay the table, serve the food and THEN eat…

Though we don’t have to do so many physical tasks with VK but we need to sit Ina comfortable place, just hold VK, make an intention and say it for three times to VK.

To simplify, sending the energies, write name of your son in law, hold VK, say, “ total wealth serum*3, Balance serum*3, GOLDEN SUNRISE* 3 and Shield of 7 rays for 3 times and leave VK for 30 minutes.

To keep it more simple, as you leave VK go for your any daily chore, do it, come back, make the request again and go back again.

Or put an alarm on clock or mobile. Make a request to VK and carry on with your work.

If possible for you, you can ask your people at home to make request to VK as and when they see it. The motive of sending the energy without waiting for 30 minutes shall become easy.

It’s just a matter of putting things in habit and nothing else. We have had set our self Ina comfort zone and find it difficult to come out and make request again and again. Where we forget that we cook, eat, drink, sleep, awake, workout and many more things again and again daily also.

Great going all

Though not mine but @"Sharat Sir-VK Inventor" sir shared this experience with me when I joined him 4 years back.

A person was going for an important work in a remote area where there was no development of any kind was available.

He fell down on the road and got major pain in his ribs. He had no one to his rescue around him. Somehow he managed to do VOB of his ribs continuously for an hour.

His pain vanished, he got up and went to work. In a day or two he finished his work and travelled back to Delhi in train.

The moment he stepped on Delhi railway station, severe pain again started in his ribs. He straight away went to the doctor instead of going home. After ex ray he found that his ribs were broken badly, he had major fracture.

Here VK gave him best energies available for him. His intention was to be safe in the remote area, finish his work and reach back home. As he stepped back to his native place, again VK played his role of informing him about the broken bones of his rib cage. VK took him for further help required at that time.

THEN, along with medical check up and ex ray, he again used VK to settle down his pain and have calcium and did VOB and rest ( as an action to be taken for further healing)

VK always does best and we all know it now.

There are other ways to send energy too, you can send energy by writing name of the needy on the paper, even without paper ( just on any surface with two fingers), by/ to photo of a person, without even removing VK to rotate,

First be comfortable in how to charge water then follow the other ways too. Happy learning VK.

Please watch the video on how to prepare water for particular illness and consume in gap of 10 minutes.

There has to be gap of 10 minutes to consume energy sets prepare for each healing.

Though shown in the video, but to explain you in written

Hold VK as shown

Focus on the bottle of water/ homeopathic pills oif you get/ or any other food item.

Say,” Balance Serum Balance Serum, Balance Serum ie for three times, name of one energy.

Then say the name of the next serum/ energy again for three times.

As you say names of all energies one by one for three times each, you need to make slow rotations with VK ( again as shown in the video).

Like this, one by one you can send all energies into water/ pills / food item and sip 4 to 5 doses in a day. But consume the two different sets of energies for different issues in gap of 10 minutes.

Increase the doses/ sips of water in case of emergency till you seek medical help.
