- it is more effective if I make direct request to VK (by using either of the 2 options above) OR
- I can write names of all above energies on a piece of paper and keep energising it multiple times a day
Both the ways are equally effective, its the intention that matters. iN BOTH WAYS YOU ARE REQUESTING SAME ENERGIES, its only the matter of convenience.
In first method , you say all energy names and you don’t need a paper. In the second method, you use the paper with healing energies already mentioned and simply request VK to activate the healing.
So choose what is best for you as a matter of convenience or which way you like to do.
Personally i feel, you can make it easier by charging water with these energies and sipping more frequently through out the day. So your VK becomes free for other ways and other healings.
