i have been in a similar situation at times, this is what i do.
"VK please get me out of this situation and show me a way out" . Sometimes i have cried to VK like this.
After this, Some events or something happens that teaches me more, and i get back my power.
The situation is still the same, because things don’t change overnight always. Its our willpower that makes us to look at same things differently.
Getting back the power to change the situation is the biggest achievement i feel especially by just talking your heart to VK.
We all reach the goals, its the journey that makes us strong and happy.
