To answer your question , Madhoo, some people connect with VK Differently while rotating.
They feel good and connect with their wish too.
Also If you rotate continuously , you are sending energy continuously to that wish. Its like doing VO,
If you feel to do rotations, but you feel tired on your hands, you can just keep VK on your wish. Keep your palm or fingers or any part of your hand on this VK and do some chanting like GOLDEN SUNRISE or LOVE SERUM or TOTAL WEALTH SERUM or ALL CLEAR SERUM or SHIELD OF 7 RAYS.
You can also do combination of these energies. But send one energy at least for few minutes.
