The word QUIT sounds negative and harsh.
I personally feel you can re-write and follow the guidance as given in my first post.
Write on the paper that Staff A leaves happily easily with enough compensation.
Do not get in your intention about firing or making them quit.
Do not put the condition in your intention that they get compensated only if fired.
I understand your concern and ways how the stores works with their policies. But still Allow VK to work in its own way.
