Self reading meditation – only read this in sir site
Is there any open eye meditation in coming days. What is the difference of these two. Self reading is already written words and in open eye meditation the first time we will see the written words. Is it correct or not. I read self reading but I am not sure that is self reading or not. Because in videos we will look everything in first time. Please confirm all of these.

A. Earlier there was an online that is LIVE OPEN EYE MEDITATION by Sharat Sir, there was a fixed time , and words attuned with COSMIC energies and images too would come on screen. But many people would miss to watch as they would have other commitments. Also people requested they want the sessions frequently.
So Sir designed this SELF READING MEDITATIONS, which are same as those in OPEN EYE MEDITATION with respect to each topics.
