I created the manifestation for the friend, my friend got the transcript but its incomplete as the college has not given him the passing marks so he filed an RTI and the reply was that the records are not traceable as termites ate the records. Now he is trying to get complete marksheet from the college by sending an undertaking that he knows the marks he had received for the particular subject. But as he has sent the RTI so the college authorities are not ready to help him though he is trying to talk to the people in the college.
Is there any way that VK can be used here that the college staff and principal start supporting him as he is ready to send notarised undertaking as he knows going through court may take 2 to 3 months whereas notorised is faster.
