@sunchild – If you have done tests of VK where water taste has changed and it shows the properties are also changed. So you can charge your anti biotic ear drops or water with the name of antibiotic ear drops with the serum which soothes your ear and get recovered. Her in your case Vinegar has acidic properties and you already have infection so it will give you opposite results but since VK is safe so you were lucky mate that your ear can still be healed with use of right soothing serums.
Regarding your second issue where you want VK to show a way for your queries, i would say my experience sometimes, I have asked a solution through some color like if purple is shown or orange is shown it has 2 different meanings and yes what you believe want to see it reflects 99% of times. Last week i was asking for something and i had told i want to see a flying bird at night and Voila i saw a owl yesterday night at 12 am in the middle of road flying in front of my car.
