Regarding while wearing VK….if you think of something else after requesting VK for PS….VK may divert energy to that thought if VK is aligned with you for 2nd thought….so you can experiment and let us know.
I have been doing PS while wearing VK and i have got results too….but this depends on person to person….depending on alignment to VK..thought processes, severity of the situation, energy requirements by the receiver….
