The frequency is as per need. Its not that with water its 4 times or with direct request 2 to 4 times….with choclates its different or whatever

Regarding prcedures of charging refer post 24 of BASICS OF VK.
Each item should be charged separately be it agarbati or choclates not together
A hungry child may need more energy a malnourished child may need still more energy.
No one can judge the frequency…please follow post 13 and your inner guidance.
