Though you can use ALL CLEAR SERUM for milk allergy….it is advised to stop MILK completely if there are gastro problems….
We did some experiments with some VK users i was also one of them….and found that stopping MILK consumption is a great boon and most of the digestive problems would immediately reduce or reduce drastically and even disappear.
TEA COFFEE was also stopped. Only Green or Lemon tea was taken on individuals choice.
This experiment was also a result of VK energies.
