Water is a medium for energy so it gets charged fast with VK. When you consume charged water you get energy thru water. Water remains charged till it is consumed.

So its the max time VK sends energy …30 min. In 30 min….there is a virtual reservoir created where energy is collected for receiver. Imagine the receiver withdrawing this energy from reservoir.
If the energy need is fulfilled in say suppose 5 min……you can either stop the request by placing some other request or if you continue to let VK work to send energy for 30 min …it remains accessible for receiver later on whenever there is a need.
