Sending energy on name when you DONT have a paper/pen

At times when you are travelling or you are busy in a place with no access to paper or pen or maybe in a hospital ,

You can simply use your fingers and write the name of the receiver on any plain surface like a desk, bench, table , chair, etc using your fingers.

Then hold VK request the energy name 3 times and place VK over that name i.e. on the surface of table/desk/chair/bench for 30 mins.
