VK TIP 35 : Clearing Chest Congestion with Charged Vapours, easy breathing in cold

If you have a BLOCKED NOSE or difficulty in breathing because of Chest CONGESTION, you can also use VK and ENT SERUM in a CREATIVE way.

Charge hot water or steamer with ENT SERUM, PERFECT HEALTH SERUM, ALL CLEAR SERUM, ORANGE COLOUR with safety and security. Add GOLDEN SUNRISE for an enhanced effect.

You can charge water either before heating or after heating.
For personal safety and convenience do this before heating.

Hold VK says GOLDEN SUNRISE 3 times and charge with VK rotating over water 15 to 20 rotations for up to 2 lit water.
Say PERFECT HEALTH SERUM 3 times and again rotate VK over the same water 15 to 20 times.
Then say 3 times ENT SERUM and again rotate VK over water 15 to 20 rotations. Then say ALL CLEAR SERUM 3 times and rotate VK over the same water 15 to 20 times. Then say ORANGE COLOUR 3 times(intention with safety and security) and rotate VK over the same water 15 to 20 times.

You can add BALANCE SERUM without any second thought.

Inhale vapors as much as possible for you.

ENT serum will help in healing the entire Ear nose and throat tract. ALL CLEAR SERUM will help to remove stubborn blockages. PERFECT HEALTH SERUM will give you the energy to regain your strength. The orange color will give warmth

Do this once or twice a day or as you feel depending on your own situation and convenience.

Additional tip: Continue with other ways of healing like-charged water and VOB of the respiratory system.

Want to add one more expeience related to chest blockage...i hv tried this on my 3year old mimic the effect of nebuluzing with safety n security for 10 min twice a day..results were good n satisfing.
