Narcissist Personality Disorder

Greetings Sharat Sir and VK Teachers.

There is lot of information on internet about Narcissism, Narcissist traits and Narcissist Personality Disorders on the internet. These people are self centred,mostly manipulative which other people don't even realise,take advantage of various people who have empathy for others,they constantly require attention, praise, grandiose and importance and do not like anyone questioning their objectionable behavior if they are caught.

It is also observed that they never mend their ways, have multiple affairs as they feel entitled and play as victim because it is never their fault but always the other person's faulty behaviour or the situation is not right.Those associated with them cannot understand their hidden traits since the World talks only good about them and many people are their fans and respect them a lot because they go out of their way to help others while completely ignoring those close to them for whom their mask is off.. This is not even a Black Magic but psychological issue.

This seems to be either a heredity pattern or a childhood trauma as per information on internet. It is very difficult to identify such people....as they are always happy enjoying their life...but they cause tremendous mental agony and confusion to the victim of narcissist abuse...This pattern seeems to be increasing a lot amongst all age people both male and female..in recent times due to advent of social media and thirst for fan following and approval of masses.

My question is

1] What is the metaphysical cause for Narcissism?
2] How can VK help in

a] Healing the person suffering from NPD?[ Brain serum, Calm down serum, Balance Serum, Golden Sunrise]
b] Healing the victims of Narcissist mental abuse? [ Bravo serum, Golden Sunrise, Brain Serum, Balance Serum]

This is for my knowledge and hope it helps other people too as not many people are aware about Narcissism as a psychological disorder whose patients will rarely be identified or take psychiatric help.

Would also appreciate if Q.1 is also addressed. I understand it is a vast subject but can you clarify how is narcissist mind controlled[ since it is not black magic...so no entity] to do so many hurtful things without remorse. [manipulating best friends,lying to immediate family members and siblings, cheating and badmouthing spouses behind their back to impress other men and women for multiple affairs,narcissist parents manipulating their own kids by brainwashing them with their choices and using them as trophy for showoff, bosses taking advantages of employees and vice versa,always playing victim card, getting annoyed when called out, throwing tantrums like kids and never accepting their faults]
