People cheating.....How to protect
I am more focused on the growth of my company and hence spend most of my time in sales which requires me to be away from office frequently .
I appoint efficient manager , contractors to run the company and give them full liberty full comforts perks, facilities which even large companies dont give.
eventually I find these people are cheating me behind my back .They join the rival company , leak company secrets, make fraud bills etc etc.... Its become so regular since last 10 years and I just don't know what to do.
I dont know whom to trust whom not to
