VK TIP 104:Blessings from GURU RAMDASJi, self healing,forgiveness, emotional relief, spiritual bliss
Celebrating today , birth anniversary of Shri Guru Ram Das ji.
He was the 4th Guru of the 10 Sikh Gurus. He is the founder of the Holy city Ramdaspur, now known as Amritsar.
Gratitude to Guru Ram Das ji , who fought as a Sikh leader till the end of his life.
He taught to rise before dawn and meditate on the Lord's name
He composed 638 hymns in Holy Guru Granth Saheb ji.
He composed the Wedding hymn LAAVAN , a part of ritual, 4 times clockwise circumbulation around Guru Granth Sahebji to solemnize a marriage as per Sikh Tradition.
He created the MASAND system, with Sikh community leaders living far from the Guru and still contributing in Sikh activities.
Gratitude to all ten Sikh Gurus teaching us ways of life.
MANTRA of GURU RAMDAS Ji
GURU GURU WAHE GURU
GURU RAM DAS GURU
This beautiful Mantra is Ashtang Mantra, ie it has 8 parts.
1st part – the first 4 words – GURU GURU WAHE GURU
projects the mind to INFINITE POWER of the universe, to the source of knowledge and ecstasy.
2nd part , GURU RAM DAS GURU, brings Infinite ENERGY and WISDOM Inside the mind.
“Gu” means darkness and “Ru” means the light, Guru is the one which takes us from darkness to light.
This chanting helps to heal and activate chakras and is also used in Kundalini Yoga Meditation Practice.
Each part of this mantra resonates with our 7 chakras.
GURU — Muladhara Chakra (Root)
GURU — Swadhishtan chakra(Navel)
WAHE (hay) — Manipura chakra(Solar plexus)
GURU — Anahata chakra (heart)
GURU — Vishuddha chakra (throat)
RAM DAS — Ajna chakra (third eye)
GURU — Sahasrara chakra (Crown)

Gently opens the Heart chakra and gives the strength to forgive. It is also called Mantra for forgiveness.
Activates all seven chakras and fills all chakras with healing energy.
