Good healthy weight is always a range of weight . It depends on age, gender, body frame, BMI , height.
As i have met you, i did a rough calculation ....your healthy weight range would be from 63 to 67 kg.
So you don't have to loose 15 kg....if you aim that loss, you will be under weight. VK may not support under weight.
Overthinking also sometimes makes a person heavier. Check your food habits too.....is there a signal to change some habits.
Weight could also increase due to hormonal changes after 50 yrs...please take FEM SERUM and BALANCE SERUM regularly irrespective of weight.
The term loss sometimes gives more anxiety....hence think of healthy or ideal weight and desired body shape.
