I need help for my friend has gone through many problem in his married life for almost a decade due to his previous wife, She has shown him the worst times and now he is applied for a divorce from her and she is dragging it on purpose for a year now and he wants to be free as soon as its possible. He has plans to settle abroad and start a new life but she has somehow come to know about his future abroad settlement plans and she is delaying the divorce by not giving child custody to him and by asking exorbitant amount paying which will be too hard for him. He is broken down from inside completely as he is looking ways to pursue his life dreams. He is running from pillar to post for the money to be arranged to travel, running to his college to get his transcripts when college principal is also not helping him as they have one of his documents which is one more hindrance to travel.
He is gone to a level where he is even ready to leave his daughter with his previous wife and move ahead in his life though its painful decision as he has to live his future life rather than rutting and die due to the wife.

I created the manifestation for the friend, my friend got the transcript but its incomplete as the college has not given him the passing marks so he filed an RTI and the reply was that the records are not traceable as termites ate the records. Now he is trying to get complete marksheet from the college by sending an undertaking that he knows the marks he had received for the particular subject. But as he has sent the RTI so the college authorities are not ready to help him though he is trying to talk to the people in the college.

Update. The judge so far has been helping my friend. But it looks like a delay on the judgement on child custody and the maintenance amount as it's been 1 month where the judge has still still not passed the judgement on the same.
