How can i add a picture to my post?
I wanted to put a picture of an EC to see if I did it right.
You can simply type here the matter exactly what and the way you have written in your EC.
Also please mention the purpose or situation for which the EC is made so that it would be easier for us to understand and suggest more if required.

I made an EC circle with the name written. m Also Serums of Digee, Pain care, mood up, calm, down, one soul, all clear, bravo, golden sunrise, alpha women, fem serum,key pen.
My grand daughter has been ill for several years with panic attacks, throws up, lost twenty pounds, pain in body, kidney stones and blockages, Pain in stomach, unable to eat. After making the EC, I laid the VK on it for ten minutes and put aside. I did this for all my family as they are far away and I don't now how else to do this for them that keeps on working. This is what I wanted to send a picture of.
Please do not write Serum names inside a circle.
Whenever you want to write Serum energy names, please write WITHOUT A CIRCLE OR BOUNDARY. In this way , you allow the Serums to work on situations around that person.
Also maximum 5 energies should be given together in one healing. Please do not combine so many energies in the same healing.
If she is throwing up, please do not send ALL CLEAR SERUM, as already she is giving out negativity.
ONE SOUL SERUM is for healing relationships, so may not be required here.
Between CALM DOWN SERUM and MOOD UP SERUM, only one is required at a time.
CALM DOWN SERUM is for a situation where a person is aggressive or hyper
MOOD UP SERUM is for a person who is low or depressed.

On paper write her name and write these energies
Name of your grand daughter
GOLDEN SUNRISE
BRAIN SERUM
MAHAMRITUNJAY MANTRA
DIGEE SERUM
BALANCE SERUM
HOLD VK and say
VK please energise this healing . Say this 3 times and place VK on this healing for around 30 min. Do this at least 4 times a day and as many times as possible.
You can also do it like this.
VK please energise this healing . Say this 3 times and place VK on this healing for around 10 min.
Then after 10 min , again request same and keep VK on paper for 10 min.
Then after 10 min , again request same and keep VK on paper for 10 min.
This 3 set becomes one set of healing. You can repeat this set atleast 3 times or more .

Hold VK and place VK on this paper, while touching VK with your hand on this paper, chant these words
MAHAMRITUNJAY MANTRA
for at least 20 min every day. You can divide this it twice a day as 10 min one time and 10 min other time of the day.
In this way, you are energising these organs directly continuously.
