Painfull cramps .
every night at around 3:00am the cramps starts n it's very painful on left leg , the thigh and the shin. The client says he can't take the pain . Please how can I use VK to help him .

I wish to share how I have combated this problem. I to was having crams nightly, now when one starts, I just say VK please remove the underlying cause of this muscle cramp.
By the time I say it three times, it is gone. Bless VK.
